Administrator Needed for DHL Freight in Eskilstuna

We at Uniflex are now looking for engaged and service-oriented administrators for assignments at DHL Freight in Eskilstuna. Please note that this is a part-time position, which means you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%, such as studies or another job.

About the Position

As an administrator at DHL Freight in Eskilstuna, you will be part of the team at their terminal and responsible for the daily office operations. Your tasks will include:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, drivers, and colleagues
• Administering incoming emails
• Monitoring and following up on the day's distribution shipments

Working hours are office hours, approximately 08:00-17:00, and you will be booked as needed. There will be some scheduling during the summer. Training will take place on-site with a mentor.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately. For the right person, there is an opportunity to continue the part-time position even after the summer!

Who Are You?

For this position, we prefer that you have experience working with a phone and computer as your primary tools. If you have previously worked in a similar role or with customer service, it is an advantage. We are looking for someone who is attentive, meticulous, flexible, and service-oriented. We believe you thrive in a work environment where changes and variation are a natural part of everyday life. You should also be comfortable working in a smaller team where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• You must have another main occupation of at least 50%, such as studies or another job
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
